Canon, but that's because it's what I use - I've never really tried any others.

I love photography because...

it allows me to use my images to transport someone back to a moment in time. To convey the atmosphere of a cool frosty morning overlooking a dead still landscape or the emotion, determination and commitment of a runner conquering the summits of some of the highest mountains in Northern Ireland.

​

 

I have been on my photography journey for...

as long as I can remember. I don't remember not ever having had a camera, but I bought my first DSLR after my eldest son was born in 2006.

​

 

My favourite type of photography is...

landscapes and action/sport.

​

 

I like that Raw Photographic...

allows me to benefit from others experience and skill and the extra motivation through the monthly competitions to get out and try different types of photography (outside my comfort zone).
