My camera brand is...

...I have used several camera brands during my photography journey, including the Pentax K1000, a Minolta 7000 (both SLR analog "film" cameras); also an Olympus C-960 zoom (point and shoot), my the first digital camera. Later the Canon Powershot A570 IS in 2008 and have stuck with the Canon brand ever since.

I love photography because...

...I am more a science type person very logical in my outlook on life. However, with photography I am able to explore my creative and artistic side and do something just for the fun of it.

 

I have been on my photography journey for..

...the 1970's when I was at school and have been interested in photography off and on until 2018. From then to date I have fully invested in this hobby, joining the RAW Photographic Camera Club, purchasing The School of Photography  online course and in 2024 for the first time producing images for the Club's annual exhibition.

My Favourite type of Photography is...

...The truth is I've not yet decided, I like to try all genre of photography, but I guess with a preference for Land/Sea-scapes, Portraits and Still Life.

I like Raw Photographic because...
