Each month, us Raw Photographic members challenge ourselves to a monthly task. We choose a topic and take photographs which represent it - we then submit three of our best in the hopes to win photo of the month, as voted by the group by each picking our favourite!
This month, to start of the new club year, we decided to leave the topic open - that meant we had free reign to choose whatever three photos we wanted. We had lots of great submissions from butterflies, flowers and woodlands, to diamonds, portraits, motorbikes and landscapes - we even had some camera art.
With such a variety of subjects and each photo bringing a different emotion to light, the group found it really hard to pick their favourites. Finally, we each decided on our favourite top three and results were…
First place as Photo of the Month
'Red' by Brian Bell
‘Small brand big city’ by Paul Lavery
‘Snail's eye view of Ballintoy’ by Colm McMullan
Well done guys!!
