February's photo of the month challenge was a little different as members were tasked with creating a 'Triplicate photo essay' to compete for the trophy!
A triplicate photo essay is essentially three photos which combine together to tell a story - and our storytelling members did a great job, telling us tales which brought the senses to life! A Sunday baking session left our mouths watering, and our tummies rumbled at the tale of homely cooking. Our hearts picked up pace as we circled the track with the BMX racers, and we journey back in time with tales of the past.
When it came to the winning series, we were shown a love story! And for the two runner's up, their stories also conveyed emotions that just made us say 'aww!'

Taking the chance to make her Triplicate photo essay personal, Abby decided to join her partner in becoming subjects in her own photo series - and we think it's created a lovely keepsake to treasure!

'A day in the life of Grace' by Jim McCartney
Jim saw the opportunity at a recent wedding he photographed, to capture a little flower girl trying to cope with the emotions of a very long day - isn't it sweet?!

‘It's a dog's life’ by Janice Reid
Janice took some time out with her beloved dog to enjoy playing fetch - and she captured the moment to create the content for her story. It's safe to say a dog's life looks pretty good!
