A Gorgeous Autumn Morning in a Forest Park

After having to reschedule last weeks outing due storm Boelo, it was lovely to finally get club members together for an autumn morning in Hillsborough Forest Park!

We couldn’t have asked for better weather. The morning was absolutely gorgeous, with beautiful autumn sunshine and the perfect conditions for a leisurely stroll around the lake.

It was a pleasure to spend time with club members, sharing our passion for photography, enjoying each other’s company and soaking up the beauty of the season. There was plenty to capture along the way, from fascinating fungi and birds to majestic trees, peaceful lake views and the stunning autumnal colours. 🍄🦆🍁

We also had a four-legged friend joining us for the morning. He was an absolute gentleman and very well behaved, although he firmly refused to pose for any photographs! 🐾📸

After our walk and a wonderful morning of photography, we rounded off the outing with a well-deserved coffee before heading home.

A big thank you to everyone who came along and helped make the morning so enjoyable. It’s always great to share ideas, learn from one another and make lovely memories along the way. We are already looking forward to our next outing! ❤️📷
